Resolution Awarding Bid For The Beverly Basin Drainage
Improvements Project (CWF08-552-12) to Cothran Construction, in
the amount of $1,292,755.64
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the Beverly
Basin Drainage Improvements Project (CWF08-552-12); and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Cothran
Construction, who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $1,292,755.64.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the Beverly Basin Drainage Improvements Project
(CWF08-552-12) is awarded to Cothran Construction, in an estimated total amount of
$1,292,755.64, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City
with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 1 day of March, 2011.
