Ordinance appropriating $1,045,386 in Federal Coronavirus Response
and Relief Supplemental Appropriation (CRRSA) Funds for Airport
Operators and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary
funding agreements related hereto
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls received notification from the Federal Aviation
Administration for Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriation
(CRRSA) funding in the amount of $1 ,045,386; and,
WHEREAS, it is desirable to budget these grant funds for the operation and debt
service obligations of Wichita Falls Regional and Kickapoo Downtown Airports; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to accept Coronavirus Response and Relief
Supplemental Appropriation (CRRSA) funding from the Federal Aviation Administration,
with changes thereto in a form approved by the City Attorney.
