Resolution awarding bid and contract for the 2021 Asphalt
Rehabilitation Project to Freeman Paving, L.L.C. in the amount of
$1,018,865.50
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2021 Asphalt
Rehabilitation Project; and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Freeman Paving, LLC
who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $1 ,018,865.50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2021 Asphalt Rehabilitation Project is awarded to
Freeman Paving, L.L.C. in an estimated total amount of $1 ,018,865.50, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for the
construction of such project.
