I. Welcome&Introduction
Mayor Santellana, the TPC chairperson, called the meeting to order at 8:35 a.m. and
welcomed everyone in attendance.
II. Public Comment on Agenda and Non-Agenda Items
Mayor Santellana asked for any public comments on agenda and non-agenda items.There
were no public comments.
III. Policy Board Review, Discussion,and Approval of NHS Modification Requests
Mr. Barnett briefly discussed the NHS modification requests. He stated WFMPO met with
the TxDOT District office to discuss the findings of the Texas NHS review. Mr. Barnett
stated TxDOT, City and MPO staff did not find any adverse or high impacts from the
proposed downgrades of the eight facilities listed in the Austin HQ request. Mayor
Santellana asked for a motion to approve the modification request. Judge Gossom made
the motion. Mr. Beaver seconded the motion,which passed unanimously.
IV. Meeting Adjournment
The meeting adjourned at 8:40 a.m.
