I. Welcome &Introduction
Mayor Santellana, the TPC chairperson, called the meeting to order at 9:13 a.m. and
welcomed everyone in attendance.
II. Public Comment on Agenda and Non-Agenda Items
Mayor Santellana asked for any public comments on agenda and non-agenda items.There
were no public comments.
III. TxDOT Presentation of Modification Requests to WFMPO Area National Highway
System (NHS) Roads and Highways
Mr.Jones presented a Power Point of the National Highway System Modification Requests
to the Policy Board.The Policy Board decided to table the issue until further information
was made available and a future meeting will be set in September 2020.
IV. Policy Board Review, Discussion,and Approval of NHS Modification Requests
Mayor Santellana asked for a motion to table the decision on the National Highway
System Modification until further information was provided to the Policy Board. Judge
Gossom made the motion. Mr.Wilde seconded the motion,which passed unanimously.
