Ordinance granting a waiver of Article IV Chapter 58 Section 102 - (d)
(1) and (e) at 615 8th Street to allow smoking within 20 feet of a
doorway
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the door located adjacent to the Iron Horse
Pub's outdoor patio is not used as either a public or service entrance; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes that the door is a primary fire exit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
1. A limited waiver of Article IV Chapter 58 Section 102(d) (1) and (e) is hereby
granted to the public, the Iron Horse Pub, and 2011 Bistro so as to allow
smoking on the outdoor Patio operated by Iron Horse Pub which is located
within twenty feet of the adjacent fire exit doorway owned by 2011 Bistro:
