Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with
NGU Sports Lighting, LLC in the amount of $259,000 for the
installation of a new LED lighting system in the Kay Yeager Coliseum
WHEREAS, the $259,000 is available to replace the lighting system in the Kay
Yeager Coliseum; and
WHEREAS, the existing system is not energy efficient and is in excess of 15 years
old; and
WHEREAS, NGU Sports Lighting, LLC is on The Interlocal Purchasing System
(TIPS).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with NGU Sports
Lighting, LLC in the amount of $259,000 for the installation of a new LED
lighting system in the Kay Yeager Coliseum
