Resolution rejecting Request for Qualification (01-20) submittals for
design- build services for hangar construction at Kickapoo Downtown
Airport
WHEREAS, the City received submittals on November 2, 2020 for qualifications
for design -build firms to construct hangars at Kickapoo Downtown Airport; and,
WHEREAS, submittals were received and publicly opened on November 2, 2020;
and,
WHEREAS, only one firm successfully completed the appropriate documentation
in the submittal process; and,
WHEREAS, it is in the City's best interest to reject the submittals, re -advertise, and
solicit a new Request for Qualifications with a new due date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City hereby rejects any and all submittals received under Request for
Qualification 01-20 for the design and construction of hangars at Kickapoo Downtown
Airport.
