RESOLUTION NO. _48-2012_
Resolution Approving Change Order No. 1 For The 2012 CDBG
Waterline Replacement Project (CWF12-204-03)
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered into a unit price contract with Bowles
Construction Co. for the 2012 CDBG Waterline Replacement Project (CWF12-204-03)
with the estimated total cost of $314,215.00;
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 will increase the contract $56,483.50 for a revised
cost of $370,698.50; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed all aspects of this change order and feel
that it is in the City’s best interest to approve.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
2012 CDBG Waterline Replacement Project
The Change Order No. 1 for the
(CWF12-204-03) is approved, in the amount of $56,483.50, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute the change order.
