RESOLUTION NO. _46-2012_
Resolution Awarding Bid and Contract For The Third & Fourth Street
Pavement Improvement Project (CWF 12-520-21) To LS Highway
Products, Inc., In An Estimated Total Amount of $277,197.50
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the Third &
Fourth Street Pavement Improvement Project (CWF12-520-21); and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is LS Highway
Products, Inc., who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $277,197.50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the Third & Fourth Street Pavement Improvement Project
(CWF12-520-21) is awarded to LS Highway Products, Inc., in an estimated total
amount of $277,197.50, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for
the City with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
