To the Honorable Mayor & Councilmen
of the, city of Wichita Falls, Texas,
Gentlemen; -
I accept for myself and my associates the conditions of
your Resolution of yesterday for the erection of waterworks ror your
City.
We will start to work as soon as practicable after you have
gstablished satisfactory grade for your city. We expect to complete the
work by the time that we can make connection with ithe contemplated
Irrigation Company. Mr. Sayles will represent us with regard to such
further necessary documents as have to pass between the Honorable Council
and ourselves.
