Resolution authorizing award of bid for the City's estimated annual
supply of aviation fuels to EPIC Aviation, LLC at Wichita Falls Regional
Airport
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for its
estimated annual requirement of aviation fuels for Wichita Falls Regional Airport; and,
WHEREAS, proposals were received and publicly opened on August 10, 2020;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase aviation fuel for its Wichita Falls
Regional Airport customers; and,
WHEREAS, EPIC Fuels was the vendor determined by City staff to provide the
best value to the City of Wichita Falls.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Authorization is granted to award the bid contract, in a form approved by the City
Attorney, for the purchase of the City's estimated annual requirement of aviation fuels at
Wichita Falls Regional Airport to EPIC Aviation, LLC for the period ending September 20,
2025.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 15t" day of September, 2020.
