Resolution authorizing award of bid to Powerseal Pipeline Products
Corporation in the amount of $161,433.00 for the award of the City's
estimated annual supply of water meter boxes and lids
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
purchase of the City's estimated annual requirement of water meter boxes and lids; and
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on July 27, 2020; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase water meter boxes and lids for
the City's Water Distribution Division.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Authorization is granted to award the bid for the purchase of the City's estimated
annual requirement of water meter boxes and lids to PowerSeal Pipeline Products
Corporation in the amount of $161,433.00.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 15t" day of September, 2020.
