Resolution authorizing the City Manager to award bid and contract for
the 2020 Sanitary Sewer Budget Utility Improvement Project — Phase
2 to Leetech Solutions LLC in the amount of $431,171.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2020 Sanitary
Sewer Budget Utility Improvement Project — Phase 2; and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Leetech Solutions,
LLC, who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $431,171.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2020 Sanitary Sewer Budget Utility Improvement Project
— Phase 2 is awarded to Leetech Solutions LLC in an estimated total amount of
$431,171.00, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said Contractor for the construction of such project.
