The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in
regular called session at 10:00 O'clock A. M., on the above date with
the following members present:
R. E. Shepherd, Mayor,
Oral Jones, )
P. B. Curd, )
J. H. Patton, ) Aldermen,
J. W. Hunt, )
Frank Queisser,)
W. E. McBroom, City Clerk.
The purchase of auditorium seats was taken up and after
the reading of bids and examination of samples, the following motion
was put in order.
Moved by Alderman Jones that the contract for furnishing
auditorium seats for the new auditorium be awarded to The Wichita
School Supply Company on their bid of 46.96 for their # 5 Opera chair
for the first floor; 45.85 for the same chair with the squab seat and
44.45 for the plain veneer seat for the second floor.
Motion seconded by Alderman Curd and carried.
Moved by Alderman Jones that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman Hunt and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
