D. 1927, for the purpose of electing three (3) aldermen for the City of Wichita Falls, Texas. The places for which said aldermen shall be elected are hereby designated as places numbers 1, 2, aad 3. Said aldermen shall serve the City of Wichita Falls for the ensuing two (2) years, and said election shall be held in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, Ordinances and Charter of the City of Wichita Falls, made and provided in such cases. Motion seconded by Alderman Hunt and carried. Moved by Alderman Jones that the Tax Department be authorized to remit the penalties and costs on the W. W.
