Moved by Alderman Jones that the total tax valuations for the year 1926 on Lot 3, Block 254, Original Townsite, be re- duced $1,000.00. Motion seconded by Alderman Hunt and carried. Moved by Alderman Jones that the bill of L. E. Whitham and Company covering first payment on pavement fronting 58 feet on Avenue 'A",.being an unnumbered triangle, used by the Park Department be approved and allowed out of the Park fund. Motion seconded by Alderman Hunt and carried. Moved by Alderman Jones that the right-of-way deed offered by P. P. Langford upon certain conditions covering a 21 inch sewer line across his property running from the pump station to the sewerage disposal plant be accepted. Gentlemen: This is to certify that the pavement on Hays Street from the North Property Line of Cumberland Avenue to the South Curb Line of Ozark Avenue has been completed by L. E. Whitham and Company, in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor, heretofore filed with your honorable body. I, therefore, recommend that this pavement be accepted.
