duced $1,000.00.

Moved by Alderman Jones that the bill of L. E.
Whitham and Company covering first payment on pavement fronting
58 feet on Avenue 'A",.being an unnumbered triangle, used by
the Park Department be approved and allowed out of the Park fund.

Moved by Alderman Jones that the right-of-way deed
offered by P. P. Langford upon certain conditions covering a
21 inch sewer line across his property running from the pump
station to the sewerage disposal plant be accepted.
