met in regular called session at 10 A. M. on the above date with

The Boar4 of Aldermen then adjourned until 1:30 P. M.
The Hoard of Aldermen met in regular adjourned session
at 1:30 P. M. with all members present.
After careful consideration�f the reapons b ity of all
bidders on the Municipal Office Building and Auditar R,' pon the
Wanimous recommendation of the Auditorium Building Committee the
following motion was put in order.
Moved by Alderman Hunt that the bidfhe Mechanical
Engineering Company for the electrial work on th6 Auditorium as per
their written request be rejected.
Motion seconded by Alderman Jones and carried.
Moved by Alderman Curd that the general contract for
the construction of a Municipal Office Building and Auditorium on
Block 238 of the Original Townsite be awarded to Joseph E. Morgan
on his bid of $351,301.00.
Motion seconded by Alderman Patton and carried.
Moved by Alderman Hunt that the Plumbing and Heating
contract of the Municipal Office Building and Auditorium be warded
to the Hamilton Company on their bid of y$68,480.00 for the complete
installation.
Motion seconded.by Queisser and carried.
Moved by Alderman Jones that the electrical construction
work on the Municipal Office.Building and Auditorium be awarded to
J. M. Johnson and Company on their bid of $38,600.00 for complete
installation.
Motion seconded by Alderman Hunt and carried.
Moved by Alderman Jones that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman Hunt and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
