Hammond for a permit to construct a gasoline filling station and accessory station on the corner of Tenth and Brook Streets be received and the City Clerk be instructed to publish notices of a public hearing to be held at 7:30 P. M. in the Council Chamber in the basement of the City National Bank building on January aj) 1927; for the purpose of hearing protests. Motion seconded by Alderman Curd and carried. Moved by Alderman Hunt that the building inspector be authorized to issue a building permit to Dave Shepherd for the construction of a one story business building on the rear of Lot 1, Block 9, Austin Survey; better known as Huff Avenue and Clark Street.
