Moved by Alderman 'Queisser that the contract between the City and Janes Contracting Company for the construction of sanitary sewer lines to cost the sum of approximately 456,863.29 be approved. Motion seconded by Alderman Curd and carried. Moved by Alderman Hunt that the Sixth Estimate on the cost of the Sewerage Disposal Plant payable to Callahan, Whitham & McFarland in the amount of 434,654.50, and the engineering fee payable to Mont- gomery & Ward in the amount of �866.36 be approved and allowed.
