The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in
regular called session at 3:30 o'clock P. M. on the above date with
the following members present:
R. E. Shepherd, Mayor,
Oral Jones, )
P. B. Curd, )
Frank Queisser,) Aldermen
J. W. Hunt, )
R. H. Patton, )
W. E. McBroom, City Clerk,
W. E. George, City Attorney.
Moved by Alderman Jones that the Mayor be authorized to
enter into contract with A. J. McMahan of Oklahoma City for the pur-
chase of $500,000.00 Municipal Office Building and Auditorium,
4150,000.00 Street Improvement and y100,000.00 Sanitary Sewer Bonds
authorized September 30th, at par and accrued interest, less �6000.00
allowed McMahan for legal expenses.
Motion seconded by Alderman Curd and carried.
Moved by Alderman Queisser that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman Curd and carried.
The Board then adjourned.
Read and approved this the 1st day of November, 1926.
