The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls
met in regular called session at 11:30 P. L. on the above date with
the following members present:
R. E. Shepherd, Mayor
Oral Jones, C
J. W. Hunt, Q Aldermen
Frank QueisserQ
W. E. McBroom, City Clerk
W. E. George, City Attorney
Moved by Alderman Jones that the Lone Star Gas Co.
be granted a right-of-way easement across old dump ground tract of
forty (40) acres to the forty (40) acres disposal plant site for
an eighteen (18) inch gas line.
Motion seconded by Alderman Queisser and carried.

The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
