The Board of Aldermen of the City of ::'ichita Falls
met in regular called session at 11:30 p.m. on the above date
with the following members present:
B.E. Shepherd, Yayor
Oral Jones, )
P.B. Curd, )
J.W. Aunt, ) Aldermen
Frank Queisser,)
J.H. Patton, )
W.E. McBroom, City Clerk.
Moved by Alderman Jones that the City accept the
proposition of A.J. McMahan of Oklahoma City for purchase of
Water Bonds, to be voted within the next ninety (90) days, at
par and accrued interest for a 4-3/4% interest bearing bond,
and the Mayor be authorized to sign written agreements cover-
ing same.

The Board of aldermen then adjourned.
