The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met
in regular called session at 3:30 P. M. on the above date
with the following members present:
R. E. Shepherd, Mayor
N. Y. Clifford,4
P. B. Curd, Q Aldermen
Frank Queisser,d
W. E. McBroom, City Clerk

Moved by Alderman Clifford that the City accept the dedica-
tion and plat of Marlborough Addition submitted by W. H.
Peckham provided that all proceedings with reference to the
final vacating of existing streets and alleys are filed in
the office of the City Clerk.
Motion seconded by Aldermsn Curd and carried.

Moved by Alderman Clifford that M. H. Pearce be permitted
to move a house from 1110 loth. Street to the corner of Huff
and Duval Streets provided he uses as many planks for rails
under rollers as is required by the City Engineer and further
provided that he use a sufficient amount of sheeting to pro-
tect the trees on the curb over the roadtto be followed.
Motion seconded by Alderman Curd and carried.
