I. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 1:35 p.m. by Chairman Hill.
II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Dr. Bebb made a motion to approve the September 15, 1993 minutes.
Mr. Murphy seconded the motion. The motion was passed unanimously.
III. VARIANCE
A. V 93-05 Variance request reduce the front setback
requirement at 1486 Sibley Street from 25 feet
to zero in order to allow construction up to
the front property line along Sibley Street and
Kell Boulevard.
Chairman Hill stated he was in favor of the request. The building
was constructed in 1946 and is on the property line, similar to
other buildings in the area.

Mr. Murphy made a motion to approve the variance. Dr. Bebb
seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously with Chairman
Hill, Dr. Bebb, Mr. Franklin and Mr. Murphy voting in favor of the
request. ,
IV. Adjourn
The meeting was adjourned at 1:42 p.m.
