He noted that there are properties on all four sides of this site with smaller setbacks than the setback requested. The gas pumps and tanks have been removed, and he would like to enclose the existing canopy in order to use this space for a showroom and office. to During discussion Scott Cannaday asked if the proposed overhead lanes for Holliday would have any impact on this property. Mr. Mukerjee W advised that Holliday will be widened, reducing the distance between the curb and the property line. However, the distance between the canopy and the property line will remain the same. Also, the elevated lanes will be on the other side of Holliday, and the enclosure would gi have no affect on that construction. After further discussion, Tom Hill stated that this enclosure would not block the view, and moved that the request be approved. The motion was seconded by William Kidd and carried unanimously by vote of Cannaday, Lacey, Perkins, Kidd and Hill. The meet- n adjourned at '1): 4 0 p.m. 3g n airman Date to Item No. 169 Page No. 2—
