Ordinance ratifying the increase in property tax revenue as reflected
in the Annual Budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2020 and
ending September 30, 2021
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, THAT:
1. The City of Wichita Falls, FY 2020-21 Budget is hereby ratified to raise more total
property taxes than last year's budget by $1,456,768.72, which is a 3.89% percent
increase, and of that amount $236,297.03 is tax revenue to be raised from new property
added to the tax roll this year.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 1st day of September, 2020.
