RESOLUTION NO. _41-2012_
Resolution Awarding Bid And Contract For The 2011 Lake Wichita
Park Improvements Project (CWF11-734-12) To Bowles Construction
Co. In An Estimated Total Amount Of $88,368.40.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2011 Lake
Wichita Park Improvements Project (CWF11-734-12); and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Bowles Construction
Co. who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $88,368.40.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2011 Lake Wichita Park Improvements Project
(CWF11-734-12) is awarded to Bowles Construction Co. in an estimated total amount
of $88,368.40, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City
with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
