The Board of Aldermen of the City of T'i chi to Falls
met in regular called session at 2:30 P. M. on the above date with
the following members present:
R. E. Shepherd, Mayor
N. V. Clifford
Oral Jones 0 Aldermen
J. H. Patton 0
P . B . Curd 4
IV. E. George, City Attorney
W. E. McBroom, City Clerk
Moved by P_lderman Clifford that the time for payment of City
taxes assessed for the year 1925 be extended from February 1st, to
February 28, inclusive, without penalty.
Motion seconded by Alderman Patton and carried.
Moved by Alderman Clifford that the tax complaint of Fred
T. Couper on Lot 5, Block 139, Original Townsite, be referred to
Commissioner Jones for investigation and report.
Yotion seconded by Alderman Curd and carried.
Moved by Alderman Clifford that the Mayor be authorized
to sign a quit claim deed to clear title as to delinquent taxes
on Lots 1 and 2, Block 21, Original Townsite.
Motion seconded by Alderman Jones and carried.
Moved by Alderman Clifford that the Mayor be authorized to
sign quit claim deed to clear title as to delinquent taxes on lots
11 and 12, Block 148, Original Townsite, when he is sAtisfied as to
the payment of all taxes on this property.
Motion seconded by Alderman Jones and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
