The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in
regular called session at 4:00 o'clock P. M. on the above date with
the following members present:
R. E. Shepherd, Mayor,
Oral Jones,
J . Y1f . Hunt , Q Aldermen,
Roy E• Carter, 4
W . E . McBro om, City Clerk.
Moved by Alderman Jones that the bill of the Security National
Bank in the amount of �99,309.31 covering interest on warrants carried
from March lst to November 30th, 1927, be approved and allowed out of
the following funds:
General2, 322.33
Street 1,046.25
Street (For Improvements) 19;674.77
Sewer 19218.56
Park 19212.13
Library 200.37
.Water 19934.90
Total 9, 309.31
The above interest rate being 6�o on the basis of daily balances.
I -lotion seconded by Alderman Hunt and carried.
Moved by Alderman Jones that the/City Clerk be instructed to
collect the sum of ;17, b05.03 from the Security National Bank as interest
on daily balance on deposit for the period March lst, 1927, to November
30th, 1927, at the rate of 4.27�o for the period March 1st to August 1st,
1927, and at 4.06% from August lst to November 30th, 1927, as per contract
This revenue to be credited to the following funds:
Water Fund 229.35
General Fund 17,275.68
Total $17, 505.03
Motion seconded by Alderman Hurst and carried..
Moved by Alderman Hunt that the meeting be adjourned*
Motion seconded by Alderman Jones and carried.
The Board. of Aldermen then adjourned.
