a permit to install two 10 barrel gasoline underground storage tanks
on their property at 809 - 815 Eighth Street, provided that said

any damage that may arise from the installation and operation of said
underground storage tanks. . 11 work to be done in accordance ivith the

proved and allowed, and the City Clerk be instructed to draw warrant
on the Water Fund in this amount which is to be held by payee until
funds are available for its payment, interest to accrue at the rate of
6% per annume

Section 29 of ordinance No. 100 and all of Ordinance No: 426 covering
sewer rental be received and the coiarr.,,ittee appointed by the Petitioners

Wilson be invited to appear before the Council for tne purpose of
suggesting ways and means of substituting a method of raising revenue
to maintain the sewer system now maintained by sewer rental revenue.
