met in regular session on the above date with the following members

The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved*
moved by Alderman ding that the assessed tax value of Lot 64,
a,aorningside Addition, be reduced from §l, 800.00 to �1, 200.00 for the
year 1926, and taxes on over -valuation be remitted.

granted a temporary permit for stringing wires from the Marchman build-
ing to Clayton's Cafe in the Waggoner Building to be used in the opera-

ing Company be granted a permit to construct a 26 fto concrete loading
dock on Fourteenth Street at the corner of Fourteenth and Scott to

supervision of the City Engineer*

Company be permitted to install a gasoline storage tank under the side-
walk at 805 .Lamar Street, provided said G. C . Payne and gulf Refining
Company will hold the City of �iichita �,alls harmless from any damages
that might arise from the installation and operation of said gasoline
tank under said sidewalk.

a note in the amount of .495.50 payable to the Foamite-Childs Corporation
on (.pril 15th, 1928, with interest at b% per annum from November 17th,
19271 to cover the cost of one i'oamite Generator purchased for the mire
Department.

OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS; REGULATING THE USE OF SUCH STREETS; REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES IN C011-FLICT HEREWITH, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES*

siding judge at the Court House box in the election to be held on
