to advertise for bids for furnishing the Fire Department with one 600
gallon triple combination Pumping Engine with necessary equipment;
Motor to be 6 cylinder and to develop S. A. E. Horse Power rating of
48.6; brake test 105 H.P.; pump must conform with National Board of
Fire Underwriters requirements. Bidders to deposit a cashiers check
amounting to lea of bid price to guarantee performance of contract;
terms 1/3 payable in one year from date of acceptance,, balance 2 and
three years with interest at 6�o per annum; said bids to be received
until 7:30 P. M., October 17th, 1927.

the deed of T. B. Noble, J. A. Kemp and C. r.. Reid conveying to the
City Park Department 80 acres of land funding
warrants to the amount of $14,000.00 to be issued to cover the cash
payment of this land. Warrants to mature $1, 000.00 each year beginning
October 15th, 1931.
