Moved by Alderman Curd that the petition of the Texas Pipe Line
Company for a franchise to operate a telephone line over and across the
alley between Scott and Indiana Avenues starting at Sixth Street be re-
ceived and the City Clerk be instructed to give notice by publication
of a public hearing to be held at 7:30 Pe M. September 26th, 1927, for
the purpose of hearing protests.

property owned by the Evangelical Church on North Sixth Street for the

Traction Company for an amendment to their franchise providing for an
increase in fare from six (6) cents to seven (7) cents be received and

National Bank Building at 7:30 P. Me October 24th, 1927, for the purpose
of hearing protests*
