BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICH ITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: WHEREAS, the City Engineer on August lst, 1927, duly certified to A. L. Huey, L. E. Whitham & Company and G. T. Burton, that the paving and otherwise improving North Ninth Street, from the east curb line of Linwood Avenue to the east curb line.of Vermont Avenue, in said city, has been con�,leted by L. E. Zhitham & Company, in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor, and the said City Engineer, on _,-august 1st, 1927, accepted said improvement, and certified that the plans and specifications therefor had been duly carried out. NOW, THEREFORE: Be it resolved by the Board of Aldermen, of the City of Wichita Falls: THAT the said report, acceptance and approval of the City Engineer, dated August 1, 1927, is hereby in all things ratified, adopted and approved, and that the paving and other improvements be, and the same are hereby accepted by the City of Idichita Falls, in accord- ance with the recommendation of the City Engineer.
