date with the following members present:

W. E. McBroom, City Clerk
Moved by Alderman King that the Maybe authorized to
execute note in the amount of $990.00 payable to the Alemite
Lubricator Company of North Texas due' on April 5, 1928 with
interest t 6 o per annum from September 15, 1927 to cover pay-
ment of Bean ""ree Spraying outfit.
Motion seconded by Alderman Carter and carried.
Moved by Alderman King that the plat of the Re -Subdi-
vision of F. M. McKinley and I. P. Simmons Subdivision of part
of Thomas Curry and William Anglin Survey filed by Clyde and
Arch McKinley and the plat of Kemp and Harr Sub division of
Block 3, J. A. Scott, Survey, No. 13, abstract No. 303,
Wichita County, Texas be approved.
Motion seconded by Alderman Carter and .carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
