Be Curd, Mayor Protem, A. W. King, } J. W. Hunt, } Aldermen, Oral Jones, } Roy E. Carter,} W. E. McBroom, City Clerk, Thelbert Martin, City Attorney. The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. Moved by Alderman Jones that the following resolution be adopted. Motion seconded by Alderman Hunt and carried by the follow- ing vote: Yeas: Aldermen Hunt, Jones, Carter and King. Nays: None. RESOLUTION Be it resolved by the City Council in regular session on this, the 20th day of June, 1927, that the Supplemental Dedication Plat, First Section, Country Club Estates, Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, be and the same is hereby approved by the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, being Lots 3, 4 and 5, Block 6, and 1, 29 3 and 4. Block 46 Country Club Estates. Loved by Alderman Hunt that A. E. miller be permitted to establish a hamburger stand on Lot 7, Block 7, Westside Highland Addition Motion seconded by Alderman Jones and carried. Moved by Alderman Jones that the estimate of J. E. Morgan, General Contractor on the new auditorium in the amount of �20,160.00 be approved and allowed out of the Public Building Fund. Motion seconded by Alderman Carter and carried.
