The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in
regular called session on the above date with the, following members
present:
R. E. Shepherd, Mayor,
Oral Jones, )

J. W. Bunt, ) Aldermen,
A. W. King, )
Roy E. Carter,)
W. E. McBroom, City Clerk.
Moved by Alderman Hunt that the contract for building a
500,000 gallon water tower be awarded to the Pittsburgh Des Moines
Steel Company, upon their bid of approximately V37,105.00, complete
installation subject to acquisition of a suitable site and approval
of the supervising engineers on altered specifications .
Motion seconded by Alderman Curd and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
