The hearing with reference to closing Avenue "T” from the
East line of Hemp Boulevard to the West line of 'Taylor Street, Taylor
Street from the North line of Avenue "T" to the North line of alley
in Block 11 of the Southside Addition, Fillmore Street from the South
line of Avenue 'IT" to the North line of Alley in Block; Southside
Addition, and the Alleys running through Blocks 31-A and 32-A of the
Highland Addition was called and after hearing no protests the follow-
ing motion was put in order.

Moved by Alderman Jones that B. M. Bullard be employed to
collect sewer rental under the supervision of W. R. Hyer, 'lax Collector,
at a salary of �150.00 per month and that Mr. Bullard be required to
execute a bond of �1000.00.
Motion seconded by Alderman King and carried.
Moved by Alderman Hunt that the Sewer Department be author-
ized to purchase a private sewer line from J. Caruthers at a cost of
�1120.00.
Motion seconded by Alderman King and carried.
Moved by Alderman Curd that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman Carter and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
