and the bill of J. E. Morgan, general contractor, of the new auditorium,
Estimate No. 3, in the amount of 013,978.25 be approved and allowed out of
the Public Building Fund.

tions and estimates of proposed improvements; the same embraces the
different materials, plans and methods of improvement set forth and spec-

1928, presented by the Mayor be approved and the City Attorney be in-
structed to draft the necessary ordinance using this budget as a basis.

Wolford as a member of the Board of Health be accepted.

Moved by Alderman ;ling that Dr. NI. H. Glover be employed
to make all laboratory tests for the health and sanitary department
for a consideration of �125.0� per month.

IIoved by Alderman Hunt that the mayor be authorized to sign
a reimbursement contract with J. VJ. hIcReynolds for a sewer line to
serve the Scurry Subdivision of the West one-half Block 1, Scott Survey
No. 11, Wichita r'alls irrigation and Plater Company's Sundivision,
