Traction Company in the amount of w494.50 covering concrete pavement
on Tenth Street between Ohio and Indiana Avenues be approved and
allowed out of the Street Improvement Fund.
Motion seconded by Alderman Carter and carried.
Moved by Alderman Jones that the City Clerk be instructed
to advertise for bids for the construction of a storm sewer on Sixth
Street from Bluff to Broad Streets and on Broad Street from Sixth to
Eighth Streets. Said bids to be received until 7:30 o'clock P. 11.
April 25th, 1927.

Moved by Alderman Curd that the meeting be adjourned.

regular called session at 7:30 o'clock P. M. on the above date with the
following members present.

Moved by Alderman Hunt that the Street Department be auth-
orized to pay approximately v700.00 on repairs to pavement on the Street
i car tracks for a distance of approximately 600 feet on Tenth and Lamar
Streets.
Motion seconded by Alderman King and carried.
Moved by Alderman Carter that R. M. Hurst be appointed clerk
of the Corporation Court to succeed C. B. McConnell, resigned, at a
salary of N150.00 per month effective April 20th, 1927. The indemnity

Moved by Alderman King that Dr. L. I. Lucy be appointed Chief
Sanitary officer to succeed P. A. Alverson at a salary of �300.00 per
month, affective May 1st, 1927.
