Moved by Alderman Hunt that J. E. Dobson be permitted to
establish a root beer stand near the corner of Eleventh & Burnett
Streets and be permitted to break the curb for a distance of 100 feet
from the Alley between Austin and Burnett Streets provided he enter
into contract with the City for replacement at his expense of the curb
when the root beer stand is removed.

Moved by Alderman Curd that the City Attorney be instructed
to notify the Fort Worth & Denver City Railway to rearrange their
crossing on Park Street to conform to the paving recently constructed.
