regular session on the above date with the following members present;

The :inutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

1928 on Block 30, Jalonic Addition, owned by tae „ichita Construction
Company, be reduced from w20,700 to Q17,500, and the taxes on over-
valuation be remitted.

i.ioved by alderman Kiik; that the application of C. Y. Elliott
for renewal of a journeyman plumber's license be referred to the City
Attorney for legal advice.

w&.,55 covering alleged damage in connection with a house moving per-
mit be not allowed.

Cleaners to build a frame building to be used as a pressing establish-
ment near the corner of ;,inth and Brook Streets be referred to the
City :tanager with authority to act.

Moved by Alderman King that the City Clerk be instructed to
designate the following places on the ballot to be used in the general
election to be held on the first Tuesday in April:
Place No. 1 - That place now occupied by Alderman Jones.
Place No. 2 - That place now occupied by Alderman King.
Place No. 3 - that place now occupied by Aldermam Carter.
Motion seconded by Alderman Carter and carried unanimously.
