The Board of Aldermen of the City of l,ichita palls met in
regular session on the above date with the following members present;

The minutes of the previous meetings were read and approved.
..loved by alderman King that the Oity iaanager be authorized
to adjust the tax assessed against Lot 14, Block lo, ;,estside r'lorul
Heights Addition for the year 1926 by reducing the assessed full value
to k2,000.00, and refund the owner 44.29, which represents payment of
tax on overvaluation, provided that said taxes have been paid within
the past thirty days.

,.,oved by „lderman bunt that the Treasurer be authorized and
directed to transfer the sum of �17,063.87 from the Street r,und to
the Street Improvement r'und to cover overdraft in the latter fund.

vote of all members present.
;,loved by :,lderman King that the taxes on 1,ot 9, Mock 20,
original Townsite, be remitted for the years 1921 to 1926, inclusive,
on account of this property being ovined by the rirst Liethodist Church
during this period.

vote of all members present.
.coved by „lderman Hunt that the complaint of w. P. Kilings-
worth, owner of the liecorators company, with reference to the taxes
assessed against his merchandise for the year 1928 be referred to the
city iianager with authority to act.
motion seconded by Alderman Jones and carried by the unanimous
vote of all members present.
Moved by Alderman King that the adjustment of taxes assessed
against the 171chita County Abstract Company for the year 19LB be re-
ferred to the City Manager with authority to act.
Motion seconded by Alderman Jones and carried by the unamious
vote of all members present.
Moved by Alderman Carter,that on account of Christmas holiday
no meeting be held on Monday evening, December 24th, 1928.
Motion seconded by Aldermen Jones and carried by the unamious
vote of all members present.
Moved by Aldermen Hunt that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion &econded by Alderman Carter and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
