AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE USE OF tSCOTT AVENUE IN THE CITY
OF W ICHITA FALLS AS AVOUN'TY HIGI-MAY; AUTHORIZING THE ERECTION OF A
BRIDGE THEREON ACROSS THE W ICHITA RIVER; AND AGREEING TO IVIINTAIN SAID
STREET AS DEDICATED, .AND DECLARING AN MMRGENCY.

on its first reading.

justment filed by the owner of Lot 14, Block 13, West Side Floral Heights
Addition for the years 1926, 1927 and 1928, be referred to the City
Manager for investigation.
Motion seconded by Alderman Jones and carried by unanimous
vote of all members present.
;Moved by Alderman Hunt that the application for rental of the
Auditorium for basket ball games be referred to the City Manager with
authority to act.

vote of all members present.
Moved by Alderman Hunt that the petition for the opening of
4uoodrow Street be held in abeyance until a proper solution of the drain-
age matter can be worked out.

Moved by Alderman Hunt that the civic organizations oe permittee
to use the Auditorium for a Christmas Tree on Monday evening, December
24th, and the Ad Club be authorized to place two electric lighted Christ-
mas trees in front of the Auditorium.
Motion seconded by Alderman Carter and carried by unanimous
vote of all members present.

WICHITA FALLS AS A COUNTY HIGIi�JAY, BEGINNING AT THE INTERSECTION OF SCOTI
AVENUE AND SECOND STREET IN THE SAID CITY, THENCE i4ORTH ON SCOTT AVENUE,
CROSSING THE WICHITA RIVER AND THENCE FOLLOWING SCOTT AVENUE TO THE
WICHITA FALLS-IOWA PARK HIGHWAY, AUTHORIZING THE ERECTION OF A BRIDGE
THEREON ACROSS THE WICHITA RIVER, AND AGREEING TO hAINTAIN SAID STREET
AS DEDICATED, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
