regular session on the above date with the following members present:

The :Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
:;loved by Alderman Jones that the tax valuation of Herman ; ieyer3
proprietor of the �Jorkman's Store at 715 uhio Avenue, be reduced to .�6,000
total value for the year 1928 and the taxes on over assessment be re-
mitted.
Motion seconded by ,alderman Carter and carried by the unanimous
vote of all members present.
iioved by Alderman xin6 that the action of the City Attorney
in filing suit against A. L. Proctor for the collection of a hospital
bill amounting to 4204.OU, which it is understood he has refused to
pay, be ratified and approved.

vote of all members present.

Motion seconded by Alderman Jones and carried by the unanimous
vote of all members present.
The Board of .aldermen then adjourned.
