and final action be deferred until nonday evening, November 2uth, 1928.

ORDINANCE NO.1008
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND ENFORCEMENT OF
ALL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS.
Ordinance No. 1008 was reconsidered and Section 5 amended to
read as follows:
"DUTIES OF CITY MANAGER - Where any ordinance of this city pro-
vides that a certain administrative duty shall be performed by a com-
missioner, or that certain administrative acts be done by a Commissioner,
such duties and acts shall be done and performed by the City Manager".

third and final reading and be adopted in its amended form as read.
