The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A MUNICIPAL PARK AND AIRPORT FOR
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, TO BE KNOWN AS KELL FIELD; PRO-
VIDING FOR ITS ADMINISTRATIOlv', PRESCRIBING RULES AND REGULATIONS, AND
FIXING FEES FOR SERVICES TO BE CHARGED AT SUCH PARK AND AIRPORT; AND
PROVIDING FOR PENALTIES.

its second reading.

ORDINANCE NO.1003
AN ORDINANCE REGULATING AIR TRAFFIC OVER AND ABOVE THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, AND PRESCRIBING A PENALTY.
moved by Alderman Hunt that Ordinance No. 1003 be passed on
its second reading.

lowing vote.
Yeas: Aldermen Hunt, Carter, King, Patton and Jones.
Nays: None.
Moved by Alderman &ing that the tax valuation on property owned
by Wichita Falls Baseball Association be reduced from 424,670.00, amount
assessed for 1928, to 415,5.80.00, amount assessed for 1927.
Motion seconded by Alderman Carter and carried.
Moved by Alderman Carter that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman Patton and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
