The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

orized to grant a permit to J. Li. Childers for the construction of a
brick business building to be used as a laundry on Lot 6, Block 1,
Sibley Taylor Addition, being house iiumber 2611 Holliday Street.

LEVYING AN OCCUPATION TAX ON ALL OCCUPATIONS T.IXABLE UNDER THE LAWS OF
THE STATE OF TEXAS AND THE CHARTER AND ORDINANCES OF SAID CITY.

its third and final reading in its amended form providing for a total
tax rate of 2 1.40 per hundred dollars of assessed value instead of
41.50 as originally written.

Kell Field were opened and referred to the City manager for necesaary
action.
