SECTION 3. The said election shall be held in accordance with the general election laws of the State of Texas as modified, by the provisions of the City charter, and only qualified voters who are property tax payers of said city shall be allowed to vote. SECTION 4. All voters who favor the proposition to issue said bonds shall have written or printed upon their ballot the words: "FO:. THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS" All those opposed to the proposition to issue said bonds, shall have written or printed upon their ballot, the words: "AGAINST 'M; ISSUANCE OF BONDS" SECTION 5. tlotice of said election shall be given for at least thirty days by the mayor by publication in the „ichita rails Record ivews, a newspaper of general circulation in vvichita county, texas, published in the City of wicaita calls, Texas, and such notice shall be made by publishing a copy of this ordinance with the words "Notice of s.lection" prefixed thereto, once a week for four consecutive weeks in said newspaper, and the first publication to be made at least thirty full days prior to the date of the said election. .Notice of said election shall also be given by the ,,iayor by causing a copy of this ordinance with the words "Notice of Llection-1 prefixed thereto, to be posted in three public places in the city of 6vichita malls, Texas, for at least thirty full gays prior to the date of the said election. bECTION 6.
